Descriptions:
The Coyote's bright modern room and sprightly menu are the creations of chef-owner Mark
Miller. Try "The Cowboy," a 22-ounce rib-eye steak served with barbecued black
beans and onion rings dusted with red chili, the squash-blossom and corn-cake appetizers,
or the ravioli filled with sausage made of wild boar and goat cheese. On the wine list are
more than 500 vintages. In summer the Rooftop Cantina serves equally exotic but less
expensive dishes like duck quesadillas. The Coyote General Store, under the caf�, sells
