Descriptions:
A block southwest of the plaza, this cheerful cubbyhole of a restaurant dishes up regional
specialties and possibly the best breakfast in town--served all day. Forget the pancakes
and order a chorizo burrito (ground Mexican sausage scrambled with eggs and potatoes,
wrapped in a whole-wheat tortilla, and topped with New Mexican chili and cheese) or the
succulent corned-beef hash. For dinner there's chili-rubbed pan-roasted salmon with a
tomatillo-avocado salsa and chili-corn pudding. Pi�atas, ristras (strings of red chili
peppers), ceramic pottery, and huge colorful murals set a festive tone. Expect a line at
