Descriptions:
This trendy little eatery is a popular upscale gathering place. There's deli food, such as
sandwiches and stuffed grape leaves, but the big attractions are the 9-inch
California-style pizzas, featuring pesto, fresh herbs, Italian meats, seafood, and goat
cheese. Specialty breads include sourdough, raisin, and rosemary; dozens of different
pastries are also available. L'Aroma shares the seating area with a Kaladi Brothers
espresso bar and a new Sagaya grocery serving Chinese takeout. A second location (inside
the Sagaya City Market at 13th Ave. and I St.) has similar fare and is closer to downtown.
