Descriptions:
Since 1972 the best Mexican food in town has been served here--subtle and ungreasy. Owner
Maria Elena Ball makes everyone her friend, particularly young children. Favorite dishes
include chilaquiles (tortilla casserole with mole sauce) and entremesa de queso
(a platter of melted cheese, jalape�os, and onions served with homemade tortillas), and
lime-marinated fried chicken. There's a buffet weekdays for lunch and for dinner on
