This is (for Atlanta) a well-aged institution (est. 1979). Well-named, Bone's is an
unabashed steak house; there are other offerings besides prime beef, but the food, full
(constantly occupied) bar, and cigar-friendly atmosphere make this place THE powerlunch,
powerdinner, powerdrinks place. It is an American version of a London men's club, no
question about it. In this brash, New York-style steak house, sports celebs and fast-track
businesspeople rub egos over excellent prime beef, chops, Maine lobster, and potatoes
baked in a crust of salt. Silky, aromatic lobster bisque warms the heart. The
award-winning wine list strikes a balance between French and American wines and includes a
fair number of Italian vintages. Good wines are available by the glass. Most patrons wear
