Specializing in the Old West, this is another of the Metrotainment group's theme restaurants. It captures the look, certainly, and the menu is appropriately laced with John Wayne-evoking words and phrases. The presence of its widely-touted martini bar next door is a little dissonant, but maybe it's a relief for Dusty and Slim to knock a few back after chasing doggies all day.
