Descriptions:
From Inner Harbor, it's a five-minute cab ride east to Little Italy, whose neighborhood
restaurants are more expensive than the quaint location might suggest. Da Mimmo is the
most worthwhile, even though the dining room can be noisy and the tables are too close
together. Diners keep the reservations book filled for the cuisine alone, although there
is nightly piano music and live entertainment. The seafood entr�es are led by shrimp and
red snapper. Veal is prepared with rosemary and sage, and portions are large. Like the
menu, the list of Italian wines is the best in the neighborhood. AE, DC, MC, V.
