Descriptions:
This high-ceiling haunt with brick and stucco walls has several seats looking directly
into the exposed kitchen. From here you'll see chef Frank Lee laboring over his
inventive--but hardly esoteric--dishes: saut�ed quail filled with sausage, pad thai
noodles with shrimp or pork, and an incredible southern vegetable plate. You can order
most items as either an appetizer or an entr�e. The extensive wine list is moderately
priced. A sister restaurant, Slightly Up the Creek (130 Mill St., tel. 843/884-5005), at
