Serving both traditional and contemporary Mexican fare, Hat Dance caters to a young, hip
crowd that knows where to come for a glamorous night out. The colorful sombreros hanging
over the bar tell you that you've come to the right place. The dazzling setting uses a
dozen or more shades of white, and the effect is almost palatial. The Mexican and
southwestern fare can be rather awe-inspiring, too: try duck fajitas with
pineapple-cantaloupe salad or pumpkinseed-crusted sea bass. One dessert option is the
white-chocolate taco, consisting of a cookie shell with ice cream and fresh fruit sauce.
