The original chef of T-Wa Inn, Hoa "Wa," left to open this simple downtown
eatery. The decor isn't much to speak of--a few plants, old-fashioned ceiling fans, and
pink napery--but the savory food keeps it packed during lunchtime (you can usually walk
right in at dinner). Try the squid in lemongrass; Dungeness crab salad; or egg rolls
