even broader smile let you know you'll be well taken care of here. The theme is upscale
local, as the Hawai'i-born chef contemporizes the foods he grew up with. The result?
Brie-stuffed wontons with pineapple marmalade, fresh fish and vegetables wrapped in ti
leaves, seared 'ahi seasoned with ginger, and roasted duck with a Big Island orange sauce.
