Descriptions:
There are only three restaurants in Honolulu run by native Italians, and this is one of
them. A family from Milan operates this tiny trattoria with limited seating inside and a
few tables outside on the narrow lanai. Every dish is worth ordering, from the gnocchi in
a thick, rich sauce of Gorgonzola cheese, to the veal scallopini in a light white wine
sauce sprinkled with parsley. For dessert, the tiramisu (an airy mocha-and-mascarpone
trifle) is the best in town. Be aware that each person must order three courses
(appetizer, main course, and dessert), a rule that keeps the tab on the high side. The
chef will prepare a special mystery dinner for two for $60. There's no parking, so walk
